Official Rules
CardFather Club giveaways and CardFather Coins. Draft of October 29, 2026.
The sponsor is Silvia Ventures LLC, doing business as CardFather Sports, 4600 Roswell Road, Building I-563, Atlanta, GA 30342. Questions about these rules go to team@cardfathersports.com.
1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Coins earned with merchandise are a reward for buying and take an extra seat, which is one more entry with exactly the same chance as every other entry. Void where prohibited.
No purchase necessary. To get a free CardFather coin, email team@cardfathersports.com with your Club email; one per person per giveaway.
2. Who can enter
Members of the CardFather Club (free to join at cardfathersports.com/club) who have a shipping address on their profile. [Counsel: minimum age, countries and states where open, and any exclusions.] Accounts run by CardFather Sports and its staff are never entered.
3. How you are entered
- Your seat. Every eligible member is entered in every published draw automatically, with one seat. Some giveaways give a bonus entry for something free you did, like engaging with the Instagram post; the giveaway page says so when it does.
- CardFather Coins. Every merchandise item bought from the CardFather shop earns one coin when the order is placed. A coin can be spent to take an extra seat in a draw the member chooses; unspent coins stay on the member's balance for later draws. The sponsor may also give a coin to a member without a purchase. Coins have no cash value, are not sold on their own, cannot be transferred, traded or redeemed for anything else, and come back off a member's balance if the order that earned them is canceled or refunded while they are unspent. [Counsel: whether coins expire.]
- The same limit for everyone. In each draw every member can hold the same number of extra seats, shown on that draw (one unless it says otherwise). Extra seats a member already held before October 29, 2026 count toward that limit.
4. The field, the draw and the result
- Each draw gives away one prize. Seats and extra seats can be added or moved until the field closes. The field closes when the draw is run, and from then on the database refuses any change to it.
- The winner is picked by the database with a cryptographic random number, with no seed anyone chooses, from every entry in the closed field. Where a seat sits in the stands does not affect the odds. The style the draw is shown in (the Home Run Draw or the wheel) is only the picture of a pick already made.
- Results are written once and cannot be changed, and every result stays public on its giveaway page with the field it was drawn from.
- Some draws run back to back in a batch. When a batch says one win per member, anyone who wins a draw in it sits out the rest of that batch, and any coin they put in those later draws comes back to their balance.
5. Odds
Your chance in a draw is the number of entries you hold in it divided by the total number of entries in its closed field. The live field, with every seat, is open to members on each draw's page before the draw.
6. Prizes
Each draw's prize is described on its giveaway page. [Counsel: approximate retail value of each prize, stated per draw, and total value for any registration or bonding thresholds.] No cash alternative or substitution, except at the sponsor's discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor-made prizes are made and sent by the sponsor named on the page.
7. Winners
Winners are told by email and in their Clubhouse inbox, and must reply within [counsel: number] days to claim the prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes. A prize that cannot be delivered or is not claimed [counsel: what happens].
8. The rest
By entering, members agree to these rules and to the sponsor's decisions, which are final. The sponsor may cancel or change a draw affected by fraud, technical failure or anything outside its control. Not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Meta, Major League Baseball or any team or player. Personal information is used as described in the privacy policy. [Counsel: governing law, disputes, limitation of liability, publicity release.]
