Privacy

• We collect what you send us, like your email when you join the Club, and basic technical data needed to run the site.
• We use Google Analytics only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run ads or ad pixels.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at team@cardfathersports.com.

• Contact and sponsor forms: your name, email, and whatever you write to us.
• Club accounts: your email, first and last name, and anything you add to your profile, like your Instagram handle and favorite sports, teams and players.
• Shipping address: only if you add one, so we can send you a card you won or something you ordered. It is private and never shown on the site.
• Giveaways: your entries and any results. Results show the winner's handle so anyone can check the draw was fair.
• Orders: what you bought and where it ships. Card payments go straight to Square; we never see or store your full card number.
• Automatically: our host keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) to keep the site running and secure. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and a few shop steps (like adding to a drop bag or starting checkout) without cookies and without anything that identifies you. With your consent only, Google Analytics records how the site is used.

• To answer you, run your Club account, run giveaways and send out prizes and orders.
• To send Club emails you can turn off. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site working and secure, and to stop spam and abuse.
• To count visits and shop steps, without cookies or anything that identifies you, and, with your consent, to see which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We share information only with the companies that help us, and only what they need:

• Vercel: hosts the website, and counts visits with Web Analytics (no cookies, nothing that identifies you).
• Supabase: stores Club accounts, profiles, addresses and giveaways.
• Resend: sends our emails and delivers form messages to us.
• Square: takes card payments.
• Printify and Shippo: make and ship merch, and print shipping labels.
• Google Analytics: how the site is used, only after you click Accept.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of selling or merging the business.

Signing in to the Club saves a session in your browser so you stay signed in. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, then we ask again. Neither one tracks you. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies at all.

Google Analytics loads only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you click Decline, nothing from Google Analytics runs and no analytics cookies are set. Once you accept, it sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, kept for up to two years. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. If you take back a yes, we clear those cookies.

Wherever you live, you can ask to know what we have about you and get a copy, correct it, or delete it. Email team@cardfathersports.com. We will confirm we got your request within 10 days and answer within 45 days, and we may ask you to confirm your email so we know it is really you. We will never treat you differently for asking.

Club accounts stay while your account is open; ask and we delete them. Form messages are kept as long as we need them to answer you. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email team@cardfathersports.com and we will delete it.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
