Terms of Use

• You may browse the site, join the Club, enter giveaways, buy merch and contact us.
• Please do not misuse it: no hacking, no scraping that slows the site down, no spam through our forms, no automated sign-ups, and nothing illegal.
• We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

• The CardFather Club is free to join. One account per person, with your own real email.
• You must be at least 13 to make an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Official Rules, for example by running more than one account to get more entries.

• Every piece is printed when you order it, by our print partner, and ships inside the US only. Shipping, and sales tax on Georgia orders, are added at checkout.
• You pay on Square's secure page. Your order is confirmed when Square takes the payment and we email you a receipt.
• Prices, products and drop times can change. A piece can be bought only while it is on sale; adding it to your bag does not hold it. If we list something at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel that order and refund it in full.
• Merch photos are mockups. Colors and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece and from screen to screen.

When you buy from us on Whatnot, eBay or another marketplace, that platform's own terms and buyer protections apply to the sale, along with these terms where they fit.

The text, photos, logos, stories and design on the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. CardFather Sports and Sportscards with a Purpose are our trademarks. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking first. Team names, player names and card brands are used only to describe cards and belong to their owners; we are not sponsored by or affiliated with Major League Baseball, any team or any player.

If you send us a message, photo, profile picture or other content, you confirm you have the right to send it. You give us permission to use it to answer you and to run the Club and the shop. Your Club handle can appear on a giveaway's public results, as the Official Rules explain.

The site links to other websites, like Instagram, Whatnot and Square. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will always be available or free of errors. Merch is covered by the returns section above.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute about them, the site, the Club or an order will be handled in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the update. An order you already placed stays under the terms that applied when you placed it.
